Tenant Qualifications
- Income to equal 2.5-3xs the rent amount
- Must be employed by current employer for minimum 2years
- Good Credit
- 2 Years of Good Rental History
Documents Needed
- Identifications for all adults (i.e passports, drivers license)
- 2 months of paystubs with no gaps in stubs from the same employer
- If self employed you must supply the previous years taxes and 1099s
- If receiving any government assistance such as but not limited too (SSI, SSD, HUD, EDD...etc) certifications/award letters.
